01

Vehicle & part fitment

The information needed to reduce wrong-part risk before quotation.

What information gives you the best chance of identifying the correct part?

Send the 17-character VIN when available, vehicle model, model year, destination market, part name, quantity and any OE or material code. Clear photos of the vehicle and existing part are especially useful for body, trim, lamp and connector differences.

Can you help if I do not know the OE or part number?

Yes. Send the VIN and as much vehicle and part information as you have, plus photos or a marked diagram. We will review the available references and tell you if more evidence is needed before we can quote confidently.

Are parts interchangeable between BYD model years and Intelligent Driving editions?

Do not assume so. For example, a 2025 BYD Song Plus and a 2026 BYD Song Plus may share some parts, while lamps, exterior trim, wiring, controllers, sensors, camera or radar brackets, and Intelligent Driving Edition parts may differ. Always identify the exact model year, market, trim and intelligent-driving configuration. We review each requested BYD part line by line.

Is a VIN alone enough to guarantee BYD parts fitment?

No. A VIN is essential, but it is not a blanket guarantee. BYD may update parts within the same model name or production year, and previous repairs or modifications can also change what is fitted. We cross-check the VIN with model year, market version, trim, powertrain, intelligent-driving configuration, part reference and photos. Any unresolved difference is flagged before order confirmation.

02

Supply options & product status

How product type, condition and availability are identified.

Do you supply genuine and aftermarket parts?

Genuine parts are the main focus. Branded aftermarket options may also be reviewed when available. The offered option should be identified on the quotation; do not assume every catalog item is genuine or currently in stock.

Does a product shown on the website mean it is in stock?

No. The website shows sourcing scope and reference information. Stock, version, price, minimum quantity and lead time are checked for the actual request and confirmed in the quotation.

What type of BYD auto parts supplier is Top Auto Parts?

Top Auto Parts is an independent B2B automotive parts supplier focused on wholesale BYD parts and Chinese vehicle parts. We serve importers, distributors, workshops, fleets and other business buyers with fitment review, mixed-order coordination, export packing and shipment support. We do not operate a retail checkout for individual consumers.

03

Quotation & order terms

What buyers should confirm before making a payment.

What is included in the quotation?

A usable quotation should identify the requested item, part reference where available, supply type, quantity, unit price, stated lead time and the agreed delivery or freight basis. Packing, freight, bank charges, duties and taxes should only be treated as included when they are expressly listed.

Is there a minimum order quantity, and can I combine different parts?

There is no single MOQ that applies to every item. Minimum quantities depend on the part and supply channel. Mixed-model or mixed-category lists can be reviewed for consolidation, with any item-specific minimum shown in the quotation.

How are price, lead time and payment terms confirmed?

They are confirmed for the reviewed list in the quotation or pro forma invoice. Availability and supplier prices can change, so check the quotation validity, currency, payment stage and beneficiary details before paying.

04

Inspection & export packing

How order evidence and cargo protection should be agreed.

What checks can be made before shipment?

The practical check depends on the part and order. It may include quantity, visible condition, label or part reference, connector or side, and packaging. Tell us any critical inspection points before order confirmation so the scope can be agreed.

Can I request photos or video before dispatch?

You can request pre-dispatch evidence for the order. The required views, labels, quantities and timing should be agreed in advance, especially for large mixed orders or parts with left/right, color or connector variants.

How are fragile or large body parts packed?

Packing is selected according to size, fragility, transport mode and destination requirements. Lamps, glass, painted panels and large body parts may need extra cushioning, reinforced cartons or wooden protection. Any special packing and related cost should be confirmed in the quotation.

Can genuine body parts be supplied painted in the vehicle color?

Genuine replacement body panels are typically supplied without the final vehicle-color paint. We can arrange a painting service using genuine paint materials and the original-factory process. This is a separately priced value-added service; the color code, finish standard, cost and lead time are confirmed by both parties before work begins.

05

Shipping & import

Information that affects freight, documents and destination clearance.

Can you consolidate parts for several vehicles or brands?

Mixed parts can be reviewed for consolidation when the supply timing, size, handling and shipping restrictions are compatible. The final packing list and shipment plan are confirmed for the actual order.

What destination details do you need for a freight estimate?

Provide the destination country, city or port, preferred transport mode and whether you need delivery to a port, airport, warehouse or another named place. Freight estimates remain subject to final packed size, weight and the agreed trade terms.

Who handles import duties, customs clearance and restricted goods?

Responsibility follows the agreed delivery terms. Buyers should confirm local import rules, duties, taxes and required permits. Batteries, airbags, liquids and other regulated items may need special handling or may not be available for the requested route.

06

Delivery issues & after-sales

Evidence and terms needed if an order arrives with a problem.

What should I do if a package is damaged, missing or contains the wrong part?

Keep the packaging and labels, record the condition on the carrier document where possible, and take clear photos or video of the outer package, inner packing, label and part. Contact us promptly with the order reference and affected quantity so the issue can be reviewed against the agreed claim terms.

What warranty or return terms apply?

There is no universal warranty or return rule for every part. Eligibility depends on the item, supply type, defect evidence, installation and the terms stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Confirm the applicable coverage and claim window before ordering.

Can I change or cancel an order after confirmation?

Contact us as early as possible. A change may be possible before procurement or packing begins. Once items have been purchased, produced, prepared or dispatched, cancellation or changes may involve supplier, handling, repacking or freight costs.

Still unsure about a part or order condition?

Send the vehicle details, requested parts, quantities and destination. We will identify what can be confirmed and what still needs clarification.
