A radar inquiry—but which component?
The customer contacted TOP AUTO PARTS through the website’s WhatsApp link to ask for a vehicle radar. He used the model name “Leopard 7” in his message. A model name and a component name still require further checking.
In remote purchasing, a buyer may know where a part sits without knowing its exact name or number. Understanding which component the buyer means is the first step.

“Behind it”: establish the installation location.
After we shared a front grille picture, the customer clarified: “I need the radar unit” and “Behind it”. He meant the radar module behind the grille.
We requested the VIN, and the customer supplied vehicle identification details. From this clarification to requesting and receiving the details, the exchange progressed within two minutes. That interval covers information collection, not the entire fitment verification.

Locate item 26, then check the material code.
The newly recorded demonstration opens the vehicle catalog and the parking assistance EPC diagram, locating the target at item 26. A diagram reference identifies a position; it is not a substitute for the ordering code.
In the corresponding list, item 26 carries material code 17716860-00, with a description referring to the front millimeter-wave radar. Opening its linked photo allows further inspection of the housing, mounting points and connector.
The system displays the model family as Titanium 7 (钛7); the customer’s original wording is retained separately. Identification should use the VIN, position and code together. The demonstration was recorded on 28 October 2026 and does not establish the original order’s response time.

Show the customer the product being discussed.
The customer asked, “Can you send the picture for it”, and emphasized that he wanted a new, original part. We shared a radar module photo and continued discussing the application.
Catalog-linked images support identification, while the actual order’s product footage shows the supply item. Together they provide a clearer basis for reviewing the connector, housing and mounting points.

Connect confirmation with supply and dispatch.
After discussing the quotation, freight and a nominated receiving point in China, the customer paid. We confirmed receipt, then supplied product footage, packing information and dispatch updates.
Identification, supply coordination and dispatch preparation need to connect so that a remote buyer can follow the order. Available records confirm payment and dispatch arrangements; carrier collection time, receipt and installation feedback remain unconfirmed, so no dispatch turnaround or completed delivery is claimed.

ChatGPT led him to the website. Service showed him how we work.
The customer said he had asked ChatGPT to find a BYD parts supplier and that it recommended our website.
His reply does not explain the specific recommendation criteria. Our professionalism and ability to address a purchasing problem are demonstrated through the subsequent work: understanding the request, providing identification references, showing the product and following the order.
Not sure what the part is called? Start with a photo.
Send the model, year, photos or existing part number, and mark the installation location where possible. Supply the VIN privately when further checking is needed.
Based on original customer communications. EPC footage is a later demonstration; item 26 was confirmed by the user. VIN and part codes remain visible as requested; prices and other transaction details are excluded. ChatGPT discovery is customer-reported and does not imply official endorsement.
